PMI Queensland and Sensei’s Ryan Darby recently held an event where they worked through a framework for measuring success, that includes the project, the benefits, outputs and outcomes, key results, and if the project should be done in the first place.

This session looked at success beyond the traditional project management triangle: time, cost, and scope.

Key Takeaways:

  • Understand what success can mean beyond the traditional cost and time
  • Right size the project to the team and work, and change how you measure success
  • A framework of measurements and processes for success
