Topic: The death of Project Online is here, get your data out now!

Presenter: Phillip Eilenberg and John Price

Session details:

Project Online will be officially retired by Microsoft on September 30, 2026, and all data stored on the platform will be permanently lost after this date. This webinar is for all Project Online users to help you understand the impact of this decommissioning and the limited window you have to act.

During the session, our transition expert, Phillip Eilenberg, and Altus’s client success lead John Price, will explain what’s happening, how it will affect your organisation, and the options available to safeguard your critical project information. We will cover data extraction availability, migration paths to keep your project information within the Microsoft ecosystem, and strategies to manage this change. You’ll also gain insights into the future of Microsoft Project Desktop (still available) without Project Online, explore alternatives, like Altus and learn about OData workarounds.

By the end of this webinar, you’ll walk away with practical steps, tools, and knowledge so you can start planning your transition and protect your data before Project Online sunsets. September is seriously not that far away.
