Sensei celebrates being a Great Place to Work® on Certification Nation Day, a National Celebration of Outstanding Workplaces.

Late last year, Sensei announced our certification as a Great Place to Work®. We are excited to celebrate this significant achievement again on Great Place to Work’s Certification Nation Day, May 17th, 2022, along with all the other companies who are Great Place to Work-Certified™. Sensei’s certification and Great Place to Work® status is further reinforced by a recent (May 2022) Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey result, with a fantastic score of 82. This places Sensei in the top 10.69% of technology/software companies that use eNPS. An eNPS tracks Sensei employees’ answers to this question: On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend Sensei as a place to work? Today, 84% of Sensei employees would encourage their friends to become co-workers.

“Being recognised as a Great Place to Work® is fantastic reinforcement of what goes on behind the scenes from every single Sensei to create a supportive, awesome, evolving organisation,” says Andy Neumann, Sensei’s Chief Executive Officer. “I firmly believe that everyone at Sensei understands why we’re a great place to work, but having this external recognition provides a quick shorthand to communicate that to people outside of Sensei, and to encourage more people to join us on our journey. Being a Great Place to Work certified commits publicly to our people, their families, our clients and partners that we live our values and that people are integral not only to the Sensei story but to our shared success.”

Great Place to Work Certification™ is recognised worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences.

“Certified companies put employees first” says Michael C. Bush, chief executive officer at Great Place to Work. “Thriving employees increase revenue, profit and provide market-leading customer experiences. I hope that Certification Nation Day can inspire other executives to create and sustain employee-first cultures.”

It’s important to honour all of the work that goes into creating a Certified company.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience.”

At Sensei, people are at the heart of all we do and our workplace culture is key to our success – helping us to create a place where both our people and our clients can thrive.  We are honoured to be Great Place to Work certified and are excited to continue refining and improving our workplace environment.
