Session details:

Microsoft has confirmed that Project Online will be retired on 30 September 2026. After this date, Project Online environments will no longer be accessible, and project, portfolio, and resource data will be at risk. If your organisation relies on Project Online, you must transition.

In this live 30-minute walkthrough, Sensei will explain the practical actions you need to take now and show what is included in Sensei’s fixed‑price, fixed‑time six‑week transition from Project Online to Altus.

What you’ll learn, and see demonstrated:

  • What Project Online retirement means for access, continuity, and data risk.
  • A high-level explanation of Altus
  • What’s included in the six‑week transition: deploying Altus into your Microsoft 365 tenant, transitioning core Project Online capability, enabling native Project Desktop integration, and validating/testing through to handover.
  • A practical walkthrough of transitioning key data and SharePoint components, such as risks/issues and documents.
  • What support looks like during and after migration, as well as what happens once, you’re live.

Whether or not Altus is the right tool for your organisation, this demonstration will give you the information you need to make a fast, educated decision to transition off Project Online.
