At Sensei our job is not done until our clients are achieving high user adoption and realising the benefits of working with their new digital work solution. Your role is to be an ambassador for Sensei to realise this goal by increasing project efficiency and work improvement initiatives across our entire client base. While other team members handle the technical “nuts of bolts” of IT delivery, you will be the conduit by which our clients learn how to use, administer, change and improve the systems, software and solutions we deploy for them. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of experts on a mission to help individuals and organisations realise their goals by improving the way they work. Indeed, it’ll be your ability to communicate, teach, respond to, and understand our clients that will see them realise the benefits of their investment. All client training initiatives will require you to identify the needs of the group you’re addressing, design the best training format customised to meet these needs, deliver training face-to-face, over video conference or through webinars, and collect feedback and answer questions. You’ll also be required to provide input into various presales efforts to help showcase our solutions to potential clients. Over time, you will develop reusable training modules and other IP that will see you deliver training initiatives for our clients across the country, and around the world. As such, it is likely that this role will require a level of travel.
You’ll be a confident and engaging presenter and your communication skills will ensure you can capture and hold the attention of everyone in the room as you lead them through a training session.
